As the General Manager and driving force behind Structure Pro, Ben combines hands-on expertise with a big-picture vision for every project. With over 15 years in the construction industry and a Red Seal Journeyman certification, he has honed his skills as both a master craftsman and a strategic leader. His deep understanding of structural construction, paired with an extensive network of trusted subtrades, allows him to deliver projects that exceed expectations—on time and on budget.

Ben’s leadership style is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and a relentless commitment to quality. Whether he’s swinging a hammer alongside his crew or negotiating the finer points of a bid, he approaches every task with precision, integrity, and a genuine passion for the craft.

Outside of work, Ben finds balance and inspiration on his farm, where life moves at a different pace. He brings the same dedication and work ethic to rural life and his animals as he does to his construction projects.
